What is the resolution of the photos?

Do you add images on regular basis?

Yes. We are continuously adding new images and photos as soon as we get our hands on it. Vintagerio.com is a website dedicated solely to the collection of vintage scans & ephemera.

Where do you derive the images/photographs from?

The images/photographs are derived from various sources e.g. old books, magazines, advertising sources, and even from other avid collectors that are willing to share.

Do copyright laws apply to your products?

We research and go through each and every images/photographs that we acquire to make sure it is free of any copyright or licensing restrictions. These old images/photographs can be termed as available in public domain where copyright and licensing restrictions does not apply. The images were originally either produced illegally or copyright protection has lapsed, therefore there is no law governing them. Do not be fooled by sellers that claimed that they hold the copyright to the items and limit it uses. They do not have the copyright to the products unless it is an original artwork from them. What are the restrictions of use?

The images/photographs downloaded can be used in any way. We believe that the creativity and ideas should not be restricted by other factors. The only restriction is that the images shall never be resold in digital format either as a compilation or by part.

What form of payment is accepted?

We will only accept payment through paypal.com. It is convenient, safe, fast, and fuss free payment system available online today. You can start downloading the images within minutes of confirmed payment.

Is account sharing allowed?

No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. The subscription price that we offer far outweighs the value that you will be getting. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.

Any other additional charges apply once I made a subscription?

No. One time subscription fees entitles you full access to every available image/photographs that is kept in vintagerio.com.

Do you limit downloads and bandwidth?

No. We believe that you deserve every penny that you invested in your subscription service and in no way will we try to limit your downloads or bandwidth to rip you off.

Do you offer refunds?

Because of the nature of the product that we are selling, which can be easily duplicated. Refund is not an option. However, on rare occasions refund may be considered.

Now that I am a member how do I download?

Sign in through member login page, browse through the subject of your interest, click download to any images/photographs that you fancy. Paid subcribers will not be charged with any additional charges for downloading the images/photos.

I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do?
On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our monthly subscription and you are not able to access photos VICTORIAN VINTAGE IMAGES using your details, send a support request.
